What an office AMC should include (and what most vendors skip)

A real AMC is not two filter cleans a year. Ours includes quarterly coil cleaning, drain flushing, gas pressure logs, electrical checks and a 24-hour breakdown response with a written report after every visit.

Ask any vendor for last quarter's reports. If there are none, the visits did not happen.
