Problem
The outdoor unit tripped on high pressure at 3 pm daily. The office had no cooling during peak hours and the previous AMC vendor had replaced a sensor twice.
What we did
Our engineer logged the discharge pressure and found a choked condenser coil plus a failing fan motor capacitor. We chemically cleaned the coil over a weekend, replaced the capacitor and recalibrated the pressure switch.
